Every project I deliver comes with 30 days full warranty. Any technical issue, bug, or malfunction discovered during this period is handled immediately at no additional cost. This also includes small changes that arise during initial usage and weren't clear in planning stage.

After the warranty period – I offer optional maintenance plan tailored to your needs. The plan is built from several service layers.

The first layer is ongoing security updates and bug fixes. Technologies evolve fast and there are critical updates that need implementation – I ensure the code is always updated and secured against known vulnerabilities.

The second layer is technology and library upgrades. When new versions of technologies used in the project are released – I handle upgrading and ensure full compatibility.

Especially for bots – the plan includes 24/7 availability monitoring. If the bot goes down or there's server issue, I get immediate alert and handle it before you even notice.

There are also automatic database backups running daily – so in case of issue we always have recovery point. Plus, fast technical support with high priority for any request you send.

Price varies by project type and service scope you need. Even without regular maintenance plan – I'm always available for spot support as needed.

I work according to structured methodology that ensures transparent communication and accurate results. The process is divided into four clear stages.

First stage – Discovery. In-depth consultation meeting via Zoom lasting 30-60 minutes. In this meeting we understand your business needs, define technical requirements in detail, and outline project goals. I ask many questions to understand exactly what you need.

Second stage – Planning. I prepare detailed technical requirements document, timeline with clear milestones, and transparent quote specifying exactly what's included. If everything aligns and you feel comfortable – we sign agreement and start working.

Third stage – Development. I work using Agile methodology with regular updates throughout. You get early access to staging environment to see progress in real-time and provide feedback. I use Workspace system I developed (similar to Trello) – that lets you track every task, see status, and comment directly on each feature. Every stage undergoes comprehensive QA before I move forward.

Fourth stage – Delivery. I deliver complete project including comprehensive training on using all features, organized technical documentation, and transfer of all files and access. From this moment begins 30-day warranty period where I'm available for any question or issue.

All communication is done through channels convenient for you – WhatsApp for quick updates, email for official matters, and Zoom for status meetings. I'm available for questions throughout the entire process and update proactively.

Full warranty for 30 days from launch. Any technical issue, code bug, or functionality malfunction discovered during this period is handled immediately at no additional cost.

This means if something doesn't work as it should – I handle it. Fixing any bug discovered in daily use, solving compatibility or performance issues that weren't anticipated, handling integration problems with external systems if they don't work smoothly, and even small changes that weren't clear in initial planning but are essential for use.

After this warranty period – clients subscribed to maintenance plan receive high-priority support. Every request from them is handled quickly and at top of priority list. Even without regular plan – I'm available for spot support with hourly payment.

It's important you know that my experience shows most projects run with very high stability without significant issues. The reason is I perform comprehensive QA tests before every launch – all code undergoes security validations, compatibility tests with different browsers and devices, and load tests to ensure the system can handle real traffic.

This doesn't mean issues never happen, but it means I do everything to prevent them upfront and give you stable and reliable product.

In Workspace you see all project tasks divided into columns by status – tasks I haven't started yet, tasks I'm currently working on, tasks I finished awaiting your review, and tasks that passed final approval. Each task contains detailed description, attached files if relevant, and comments from both of us.

You can comment directly on any task, ask questions, request changes, or approve everything is fine. This creates clear and organized communication thread where all discussions and decisions are documented in one place.

Beyond Workspace – I send regular status updates on WhatsApp or email (according to your preference). If there's significant milestone, if there's question needing your decision, or if something requires attention – you get immediate update.

Additionally, there's early staging environment access. This is development version of the project you can access anytime, see what's already built, test features, and provide real-time feedback. This prevents surprises at the end and ensures we're in sync throughout the process.
