I am Naor Cohen. If you landed here after searching web developer in Israel or a programmer who actually ships, you are probably tired of agency pages with a sales team and a random freelancer behind it. I build it. The call, the code, and the fix after launch.
NaorX is the brand. Under it I build websites and web systems, sometimes wired to a bot or payments, depending on what the business actually needs. Not a campaign agency. Not someone who disappears after the signature.
What "a website" means here
A marketing site with forms that work. A store. Booking. A client area. An admin panel someone on your team opens on a normal Tuesday. Often PHP and MySQL, sometimes something else if you already have a stack. Hebrew RTL, local phone formats, accessibility, Israeli billing when it matters - that goes into planning on day one, not as a patch at the end.
WordPress when it actually saves money. Custom code when a theme will not hold the product. I am not married to a platform. I wrote about that in WordPress vs custom.
How the work runs
A short call: who uses it, what already exists, and what would count as failure. Without that last answer I do not start counting hours. Then a scope you can check, a staging site you click yourselves, then launch. Tasks can live in Workspace, a board I built, so you do not have to ask "where is this" every two days.
30-day warranty after go-live. If you only wanted a color change on an existing site, say so. Not every project needs a rewrite, and I would rather say that before anyone pays.
What it costs
No shelf price list. A brochure site, a store, and an order system are three different budgets. The same word "website" can cost ten times more because the scope is different, not because someone is cheating. I used the same idea for bots in what a WhatsApp bot costs. On a call we can lock a range, with no commitment.
Questions I get a lot
WordPress or custom?
Depends. If a theme will hold you for two years without falling apart, there is no point building an engine. If you have a weird sales flow, permissions, or integrations no plugin understands - we build. We decide after you show me what happens today, not from a buzzword.
Only Tel Aviv?
I am in Israel. Clients are here and abroad. Most of the work is Zoom and WhatsApp. If we need to sit on the same screen, we will.
What happens after launch?
Go-live day is not the end. There are bugs we did not see, and vendors who change things. I wrote about ongoing work in site maintenance. Worth reading if this system is supposed to live longer than a month.
